We travel within 35 miles of the eRecording Experts corporate office in Oceanside to provide expedited services.

How does it work? |
Our licensed, bonded courier will travel to you between 8am-5pm and pick up your documents. |
Our Professional Photocopiers will meet you to inspect, scan, and submit the documents on-site. If you need same-day recording, we will meet you before 10am. |

Documents will be submitted within one business day of your courier pickup.* |
Submission is done on-site.* |

When are documents recorded by the county? |
Document recording time could be as quick as same day.** |
Document recording time could be as quick as same day.** Documents submitted to the San Diego County Recorder before noon have a better chance of being recorded on the same business day. |

How are documents returned? |
Documents are returned via USPS, FedEx, or courier. You are responsible for providing a return shipping label. Please email us the label. |
We leave the documents with you after we have submitted them. |

**Counties will not record documents that do not meet their standards. Actual county recording time is based on the county’s current workload.
You are responsible for the content of the document.
Mobile Services Details
With courier and expedited document submission services, all standard document fees apply. We pass along the County Recorder fees without markup.
We can submit your documents to any county/municipality on our approved eRecording list.
We are required to inspect the original document(s) and scan with our company-owned scanners. Our secure equipment (laptops and scanners) meets all the necessary standards. In addition, we are Professional Photocopiers as defined in California Business & Professions Code §22450-22463.
